The Jerusalem Post announced that the death toll from the Jaffa attack has risen to 6 people.
The Israeli Channel 12 reported that “two gunmen opened fire on citizens from zero distance,” noting that “the perpetrator opened fire on Israelis waiting for buses in Tel Aviv.”
Following the attack, the Israeli ambulance service reported that at least 10 people were injured in a shooting in Tel Aviv.
In turn, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported, quoting a source in the Israeli police, that estimates indicate that the shooting was an attack carried out by a Palestinian.
Simultaneously, the Israeli Army Radio announced that “a building north of Tel Aviv was hit by a missile launched from Iran.”
Iranian television announced that targets inside Israel were targeted with missiles from inside Iranian territory.
The Israeli Army Radio reported that an explosion was heard in the greater Tel Aviv area.
Israeli media outlets indicated that more than 100 missiles were launched from Iran towards central and southern Israel.
Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari said any missile attack from Iran is expected to be large-scale, and urged citizens to take shelter in safe rooms if it happens.
The Israeli military spokesperson explained that “a barrage of missile attacks targeting the Tel Aviv area, which caused sirens to sound, were launched by the Lebanese Hezbollah group.”
The New York Times revealed that the expected Iranian attack on Israel will target air bases, according to the Cairo News Channel, in a breaking news report.
