The Ministry of Health and Population announced a third person has been killed by bird flu this year.
According to a brief statement released Tuesday, the victim was a 26-year-old man from Daqahlia.
Amr Kandil, head of the Preventive Medicine Department, said the man died while being treated in hospital.
