Mosski Misdemeanor Court of Appeals cleared on Sunday 112 suspects accused of rioting on the third anniversary of the 25 January revolution.
Their appeal against a previous sentence of one year in prison with labor was accepted.
Prosecution earlier accused the suspects of breaking protest law, rioting, inciting violence, blocking road, attacking public and private properties as well as assaulting police.
