Banha Criminal Court adjourned Thursday the trial of 48 Muslim Brotherhood leaders and members to 11 March over charges of blocking the Cairo-Alexandria agricultural road, damaging public property and assaulting police officers in July 2013 following the ouster of President Mohamed Morsy.
The hearing was adjourned to listen to witnesses.
Thirty-eight defendants are imprisoned, including Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie, Mohamed al-Beltagy, Safwat Hegazy, former Minister of Supply Bassem Ouda and former Minister of Youth Osama Yassin.
