Court adjourns lawsuit labeling Qatar, Turkey pro-terrorism countries

The Cairo Court for Urgent Matters, headed by Judge Mohamed al-Sayed, adjourned a lawsuit on Monday until 6 April 2015 that demands Qatar and Turkey be labeled as terrorism-supporting countries.

Lawyer Samir Sabry filed a lawsuit accusing Qatar and Turkey of backing terrorism and funding terrorist attacks and groups in Egypt.

Qatar and Turkey are implementing terrorist agendas in the region, Sabry claims. Qatar has backed all the terrorist movements and crimes committed in Egypt. There are even undercover agreements between Doha, the US and Israel to fragment the Arab states, he says.

Sabry also believes Qatar masterminded and funded the terrorist operation conducted against the armed forces and the police in Arish, North Sinai, in which 36 soldiers died and 90 others were injured. The Qatari-based channel Al Jazeera has also allegedly displayed a video of the terrorist attack during which Al Jazeera staff chanted "God is greatest".

According to Sabry, Turkey hosts the Muslim Brotherhood organization and many channels that incite against the police, army and state institutions. The Turkish president is known for his hostility towards Egypt as well as for funding terrorist groups in Sinai to bring down the Egyptian state, Sabry claims.
