Chief of the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) General Radi Abdel Moaty stated on Monday that consumers can now send complaints to WhatsApp’s phone number: 01281661880.
Abdel Moaty clarified that the CPA will take the necessary legal measures regarding the consumer’s complaints after checking through them.
The Consumer Protection Agency is a government agency affiliated to the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, aiming to maintain control over the market. It requires each dealer follow the terms of the law and will implement all penalties and fines to violators.
