A member of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority‘s media office, Manar Ghanem, announced Saturday that a wave of cold weather will hit the country starting from Wednesday.
In a phone interview with TV host Amr Adib on the “al-Hekaya” (The Story) show on MBC Masr on, Ghanem added that a gradual drop in temperatures is expected starting Tuesday evening.
Low temperatures will clearly be felt from Wednesday to Friday, she said, especially in the late night and early morning hours with a possible chance of rain.
Ghanem advised citizens to be careful and wear heavy winter clothing, especially those living in the new cities and open and exposed areas.
