Meteorologists predict cold weather during the daytime on Monday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northwestern coasts, the northeastern coasts, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt, while moderate weather is predicted on South Sinai, Red Sea Mountains and southern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be very cold at night in all parts of the country ranging between zero and 12C degrees, with frost cover in Lower Egypt northeastern coasts, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.

Light to medium rainfall is expected on Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with northwestern to southwestern surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
