The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects autumn weather to prevail across all parts of the country on Wednesday, with low and medium clouds continuing to form in scattered areas of the northern coasts, accompanied by chances of light to moderate rain.
The EMA warned of weather conditions at night, which coincide with the last days of the month of Tut, the first month of the ancient Egyptian and Coptic calendars which ends on October 11.
The authority explained that temperatures are expected to tend to be cold and decrease across all parts, especially mountainous, desert and open areas, reaching 13C in Saint Catherine.
Weather on Wednesday
Wednesday’s weather is moderate in the early morning, hot during the day in most parts, moderate at night.
The EMA noted a slight drop in temperatures in most parts, with low and medium clouds appearing in the morning in areas of the north of the country, helping to moderate the weather.
Weather maps predicted chances of light rainfall on Wednesday, in areas of northwestern coasts.
Satellites have detected moderate wind activity at times in most areas, increasing the cold feeling of weather at night.
Weather maps also warned of light morning fog on some agricultural and express roads and those close to water bodies.

- Northern Coasts: 27C
- Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt: 30C
- Northern Upper Egypt: 31C
- South Sinai: 33C
- Southern Upper Egypt and Red Sea mountain areas: 35C
