Meteorologists predict cold weather during the daytime on Sunday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northwestern coasts, while moderately cold on the northeastern coasts, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
Moderate weather is predicted on South Sinai, Red Sea Mountains and southern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be very cold at night in all parts of the country ranging between -2 and 13C degrees, with frost cover in northeastern coasts, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.

Active winds will blow up sand and dust over Greater Cairo, northwestern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt.
Light to medium rainfall is expected on Lower Egypt, and the northwestern coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate to rough ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height with southwestern surface winds. Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
