Clashes between supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsy and the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as residents of Cairo's western Behooth area, have started up again. Injuries have been reported.
A march by the Islamist group retreated after clashes restarted. Police fired teargas and bird shot at protesters, who responding by throwing stones at police and local residents. They also set tires alight.
Dozens were reported injured by bird shot and asphyxia.
