Several exporters have criticized the government, accusing it of ignoring the troubling issues in the industry sector and of putting more burdens on manufacturers instead of working to improve their situation.
They declared that Egyptian exports have registerd a 21 percent decline last month, compared to January 2014.
During a meeting on Sunday, Chemical and Fertilizers Export Council also announced a 31 percent decline in exports in the chemical industries sector, reaching LE1.6 billion, compared to LE2.3 billion in January 2014.
