The Cairo Tower management announced on Sunday an increase in entry ticket prices for Egyptians, foreigners, and children.
The decision comes as part of the management’s plan to update the services provided to visitors and enhance their experience.
The increase included a difference in values according to categories, as the ticket for ordinary Egyptians increased by LE 30, and the value of the holiday and vacation ticket increased by LE 50, while the entry prices for foreigners and individual visits recorded an increase of up to LE 100.
New list of ticket prices
The full list of new prices includes various categories that meet the needs of visitors, whether Egyptians or foreigners, and fees for additional services such as binoculars and telescopes.
- Ordinary citizen ticket: LE 100 instead of LE 70.
- Egyptian official holiday ticket: LE 150 instead of LE 100.
- Foreigner entry ticket: increased to LE 350 instead of LE 250.
- Individual visit ticket: LE 350 compared to LE 150 previously.
- Portable binoculars fees: set at LE 50.
- Telescope fees: LE 10.
- Professional camera fees: LE 300.
- Children under six years old: free.
The new additions aim to enhance the quality of services provided by the Cairo Tower, as one of Egypt’s most prominent tourist attractions.
The plans include improving public facilities, developing technical equipment such as binoculars and telescopes, in addition to providing a more professional experience for visitors and photographers.
