Cairo is really an incomparable city, said Lord Tariq Ahmad, British Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and United Nations at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
The minister made his remarks on Tuesday in a tweet on his social media official account about his current visit to Egypt.
Upon his arrival to Egypt on Monday, he voiced hope to hold fruitful talks with the Egyptian side on trade, investment and climate change-related issues and means to defuse tension in the region.
He stressed the importance of his country’s partnership with Egypt.
