Cairo International Airport has seen another day of busy crowds Tuesday, as passengers arrived early amid fears of ongoing unrest and traffic congestion.
An airport source meanwhile said rates of passengers leaving the country were in fact normal.
Egypt Air called on international passengers to arrive at the Cairo airport at least three hours before their flights, and 90 minutes before domestic flights.
Egypt Air is expected to transport 27,000 passengers Tuesday, said the source.
