The Cabinet warned about political entities that illegally announced Hepatitis C medications as part of parliamentary electoral campaigns.
At its meeting on Wednesday, the Cabinet said the government will take necessary measures to ban such practices.
Any such attempt shall be sought only through, and in coordination with the Ministry of Health, the Cabinet said.
Such practices go against the interests of Hepatitis C patients and any different medication method may undermine their recovery opportunities, according to the Cabinet.
