Minya Security Directorate said on Monday that a butcher named Hussein, 27, beheaded a driver with a knife after a quarrel erupted between them regarding the seating in a cafe in Mallawi of Minya governorate.
Director of the Public Mallawi Hospital Isaac Ibrahim Fares stated that the hospital received the body of Hussein, who was dead due to an incised wound in the neck.
The criminal investigation team claimed that Hussein and the butcher quarreled over the seating in a cafe; the dispute ended with the killing of Hussein with the butcher’s knife.
Police filed a report on the incident and referred it to the public prosecution for investigation.
