Businessman Suleiman Amer, owner of the Sulaimaniya resort, was denied departure at Cairo Airport on Monday, following a court order that placed him on a list of people barred from leaving the country due to violation charges related to land belonging to the Agriculture Ministry.
His luggage was retrieved from a plane heading to Frankfurt.
