Brotherhood protesters sentenced to prison in Amiriya violence

Amiriya Misdemeanor Court on Tuesday sentenced 32 Muslim Brotherhood protesters to two years in prison on charges of fomenting riots in Amiriya during the celebration of the Armed Forces Day.
 
The protesters were also accused of assaulting police officers, blocking the road, destroying public and private property, terrorizing citizens and possessing firearms.
