Brotherhood leader’s son sentenced to 5 years for arms possession

The Cairo Criminal Court sentenced the son of senior Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed al-Beltagy to five years in prison and a LE200 fine over charges of illegal arms possession on Saturday.
 
Anas al-Beltagy and two others were also found guilty of instigating violence and being affiliated with the Brotherhood, which the judiciary has branded a terrorist group.
