BG Group is negotiating a pipeline to transfer natural gas from Israeli fields to Egypt according to UK subsea industry website.
The field’s operator Noble Energy and its partners had signed a letter of intent with BG that could involve the supply of 200 bcf per year ) over 15 years to BG’s liquefaction facilities in Idku.
The agreement is still pending the approvals from the authorities in Egypt and Israel.
