Beltagy: Mosry removal will push Egypt towards violence

Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed al-Beltagy said on Thursday that the armed forces' removal of elected President Mohamed Morsy will push groups, other than the Brotherhood, towards violent forms of resistance.

Beltagy added that members of the Brotherhood are used to being in prison after living "for long decades"in prisons.

Positions taken by the international community will lead some groups to revert to the idea of violence as a means of enacting change, Beltagy claimed, speaking to Morsy supporters at a mosque near the Ettehadiya presidential palace.
