The Cairo Court of Appeal is to convene on 11 September for the trial of 25 people accused of inciting attacks on protesters in Tahrir Square in early February, an indicent later dubbed "The Battle of the Camel".
Twenty-five members of the dissolved ruling party will stand trial on charges of murder, attempted murder and terrorizing the public.
A judicial source said the session would be held in the Fifth District on the outskirts of Cairo for security reasons.
