The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has decided to suspend work in their local and foreign banks on June 30 and resume work on July 1.
CBE clarified that the banks, which will settle the balance sheet on June 30, will resume work on July 2.
CBE also decided to give a day off to the employees in the Egyptian Stock Exchange on July 1 on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the June 30 revolution and resume works on July 2.
