
Ambassador Tamim Khallaf, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Arab consultations are ongoing regarding yesterday’s Israeli aggression in Doha and the assassination attempt on a Hamas delegation.
In a phone interview, Ambassador Khallaf explained that the Israeli escalation poses a threat to regional stability.
He added that there is coordination at the regional level among Arab and Islamic countries to de-escalate tensions in the region and prevent any new escalation.
The Foreign Ministry spokesperson also noted that a session will be held at the UN Security Council tomorrow to discuss the Israeli aggression against Qatar.
He confirmed that Arab-Islamic coordination regarding the Israeli aggression and escalation in the region is continuous.
