An exhibition entitled “One god and three religions… religious tolerance in the land of Nile” is currently being prepared by the Antiquities Ministry, to be held at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square on May 14.
The exhibition, which will take place at the hall no.44 of the museum, will recount the history of religious beliefs in Egypt through a variety of artifacts from several historic ages, according to Saeed Abdel Hamid, head of restoration department at the museum. Both Coptic and Islamic art pieces from several Egyptian museums will be displayed.
