The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) anticipates very hot and humid weather during the day on Wednesday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai and the southern parts of the country, while being hot and humid on the northern coasts.
Hot and humid weather will also prevail at night in most areas, with moderate and humid temperatures on the northern coasts.
Another heatwave is expected to strike the country starting on Wednesday.
The EMA advised citizens to avoid direct sunlight during the noon time, drink plenty of water, wear loose, light-colored summer clothes, and avoid sitting in poorly ventilated areas.
