North Cairo Criminal Court on Sunday adjourned the trial of 25 alleged terrorists in Zeitoun until 15 December.
The 25 defendants will be refered to forensics, while the court will also hear the defense plea, during that time.
Defendants face charges of embracing extremist ideologies as well as for committing armed robbery of a jewellery store in 2008.
They did not attend the court session on Sunday for security reasons.
Supreme State Security Prosecution also accused the defendants of forming and join an illegal group that aims to disrupt the Constitution and the law, preventing state institutions and public authorities from exercising their work, as well as assaulting the personal freedoms of Egyptian citizens.
