Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune dismissed on Monday, May 24 Governor of the Bank of Algeria Rostom Fadhli, replacing him with Salah Eddine Taleb, Algeria Press Service reported, citing a statement from the country’s presidency.
The move was made “in accordance with provisions of Articles 91 paragraph 7, and 92 paragraph 7 of the Constitution,” read the statement.
