The London-based Al-Hayat newspaper reported Tuesday a limited reshuffle in Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb's cabinet in the next few days, ahead of the parliamentary elections expected on the first of December.
The newspaper added that Mehleb has been working discreetly on the issue so it does not affect the performance of the Cabinet.
Al-Hayat pointed to a statement by a government official who told the newspaper the change would include the ministers of health, education, and manpower, upon surveys that reported popular dissatisfaction with their performance during the past period.
Meanwhile, the judiciary committee overseeing legislations called on Egyptians on Monday to review the voters'lists in preparation for the upcoming elections.
