Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs Mohamed al-Husseiny al-Toukhy said the University has adopted an initiative in cooperation with the United Nations Fund for resisting harassment by raising awareness of the phenomenon at the university.
Toukhy added in a press statement Monday that the initiative aims to raise students' awareness of female harassment, as well as discover ways of confronting it through an agreement currently being discussed with the United Nations Fund. The initiative plans to form groups of students who will be trained to resist harassment at universities.
