Ahly wins Egypt Cup, Koller makes 6th title

 

Al-Ahly Sporting Club won Egypt Cup for the 38th time in its history, after defeating the team Pyramids.

They won with a final score of  two goals to one, in the final match that brought them together at Cairo International Stadium on Monday evening.

The Swiss coach Marcel Koller, coach of Ahly club, succeeded in achieving his second cup with the Reds, after he started with the Egyptian Super Cup at the expense of Zamalek.

Koller raised his achievements of titles in his training history for No. 6, by 2 with Ahly and a title with Bocham, Basel, Galen and Grasshoppers.

Koller took over Ahly training in August, succeeding Portuguese coach Ricardo Soares.

Kohler also was able to get Egypt to fourth place in the Club World Cup in the last edition that was held in Morocco.
