The technical study for Egypt’s first nuclear power station, to be located in the coastal region of Al-Dabaa, will be completed within the next 45 days, according to a source at Egypt's Atomic Energy Authority (AEA).
The same source added that technical studies for another three nuclear power stations were also on the verge of completion.
He went on to note that construction of the station at Al-Dabaa would officially begin in October to coincide with the anniversary of Egypt’s victory in the 1973 October War.
