Adly Mansour bridge to be established in Beni Suef

Governor of Beni Suef Mohamed Selim, signed yesterday, a protocol with the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces to create a bridge named after former interim president  Adly Mansour, at a cost of LE500 million. The bridge is part of a new industrial and urban development project in the governorate. 
 
Beni Suef new bridge is a strategic alternative to the current bridge, as it connects the city of Beni Suef with east the Nile through roads and axes that reach 5-km long, said Noha Khater, general supervisor of the Department of Urban Planning in the governorate.
 
Director General of Urban Planning in Beni Suef Mohamed Hassan to said that the bridge has been excluded from the law of Roads and Bridges Authority, which states that the space between two bridges on the Nile should not be less than 50 kilometers.
