Ahly Club football player Mohamed Abu Treika has on Tuesday filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court to challenge a decision of the committee inventorying the Muslim Brotherhood companies to freeze his funds and a travel agency he is a partner of, after the committee turned down his appeal.
In his lawsuit, Abu Treika claimed the committee built its decision on inaccurate investigations, and asked for urgent proceedings.
According to investigations by security services, the travel agency funded acts of violence.
