Implementing the company’s online community strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with its audience, and fostering community spirit. This role coordinates with the internal editorial and marketing teams to support their respective missions, ensures consistency in voice and cultivates a strong community around the brand. He is the voice of the community in house.
Qualifications:
* Strong project management or organizational skills
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (forums, blogs, photo uploads, social networking, etc.) and how they can be deployed
* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in a written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships (journalistic background a plus)
2. Agile Project Manager (Ref:Portal08)
The Agile PM will coordinate the activities of a growing technical& business team to build, enhance and maintain the Al Masry Al Youm news portal.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience with Agil software project management
* Proven record of web application development
* Scrum master certificate is a plus
* PMP certificate is a plus
* IT degree is a plus
3. PHP developer, Backend, Frontend (Ref:Portal09)
Backend Proven PHP experience, HTML,CSS, Javascript is a plus
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years Experience
* Problem Solving skills
4. Digital Archive Specialist (Ref:Portal10)
Classify, describe and archive digital content on content management system.
Qualifications:
* English and Arabic proficiency
* Online and digital literacy
* Writing skills
* Previous experience with news websites preferred

Looking for a graphic designer able to combine artistic sensibility with technical skill. Must be creative, innovative and hard working. Able to deal with deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design
* Experience with ad design, logos, websites
* Excellent knowledge of Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
* Ability to handle multiple projects at once
8. Sales Personnel (Ref:Portal14)
Managing and maintaining pre-existing accounts, generating new sales leads and opportunities, pitching to new clients and working to reach sales goals. Must be a self-directed and energetic individual.
Qualifications:
* 2 + years media sales experience (previous work on online products a plus)
* Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office, Power Point.
* Strong command of written and spoken English
9. Marketing Personnel (Ref:Portal15)
Establishes online marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services. Develops and executes online marketing plans and programs, including community engagement. Maintains the company’s presence in mailing lists, newsgroups and advertisers.
Qualifications:
* 2 + years experience in marketing / sales (working with digital media or websites is a plus)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English
10. HR Officer (Ref:Portal16)
Responsible for a variety of complex and technical human resource services, including recruitment, selection, classification and compensation, employee training and development and benefit administration.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years experience in the same field
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English
* Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
