The Finance Ministry has completed the projected state budget for the 2011/2012 fiscal year, and will present it to the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces before the end of March.
The budget is expected to show a total deficit of 9.1 percent in gross domestic product.
The deficit was projected at 7.5 percent before the 25 January revolution.
