Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly followed up on the performance of the national electricity grid during a meeting with Electricity and Renewable Energy Minister Mahmoud Esmat amid ongoing regional developments.
For his part, the minister said that the grid is operating normally across the country and that natural gas supplies to power stations are secure. He added that precautionary measures and operational plans are in place to maintain stability and ensure uninterrupted electricity for all sectors.
