Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly emphasized the depth of historical and fraternal relations that unite Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
The prime minister’s remarks came while receiving Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Egypt Hamad Obaid Al Zaabi in the government’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) on Monday, 22 December,2025.
Madbouly expressed Egypt’s appreciation at the leadership, government, and people level for the sisterly United Arab Emirates, stressing his pride in the solid ties and close cooperation that bind the two brotherly countries across various fields.
He also emphasized the strength of relations between the political leaderships of both countries and the continuous communication and ongoing coordination these relations witness at all levels.
Madbouly praised the level of existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the notable growth in the volume of Emirati investments in Egypt, expressing the Egyptian government’s aspiration to further enhance cooperation by establishing more fruitful partnerships with the Emirati side in the coming period.
The prime minister also conveyed his sincere wishes of success to the Emirati ambassador in carrying out his duties in Egypt.
For his part, Zaabi expressed his pride and happiness at being in Cairo, commending the continuous development witnessed in bilateral relations between Egypt and the UAE, which reflects the depth of the fraternal bonds between the two brotherly peoples.He also praised the distinguished relations that bring together the political leaderships of both countries.
