
CAIRO, Nov 9 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on Sunday held a meeting with Chairman of the Department of Finance – Abu Dhabi (DoF) Jassem Mohammed Al Zaabi and officials of Emirati Modon Holding PSC, as they reviewed the progress made in implementing the Ras al-Hekma project in Egypt’s North Coast.
Madbouly said the Ras al-Hekma project is being executed as part of broader efforts to develop the northwestern Mediterranean coast, capitalizing on the area’s vast potential and unique advantages that position it among the most promising tourist destinations.
Spokesman for the Cabinet Mohamed al-Homsani said the meeting took up the implementation status of various phases of Ras al-Hekma project.
The meeting also discussed sales performance following the recent launch of the project’s first phase, which witnessed remarkable success with record-breaking figures.
A large number of units were sold to buyers from Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and several other countries, reflecting strong regional and international interest in the project.
Additionally, the meeting tackled the status of hotels currently under construction by Modon Holding PSC within the Ras al-Hekma project.
The meeting emphasized that all residential, service, and hospitality facilities are being built according to the highest international standards, transforming this spectacular coastal destination into a year-round global tourist attraction. (MENA)
