The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects rainfall on the northern coasts and northern Lower Egypt early on Saturday.
Temperatures will continue to drop across the country, amid active winds worsening the cold, especially during the night hours.
The EMA warned of continued low temperatures from Saturday until next Tuesday, with chances of intermittent rainfall on the northwestern coasts and northern Lower Egypt.
Saturday’s weather will be cool during the day and cold at night across the country.
Temperatures expected on Saturday:
- Cairo, Alexandria: 16C
- Aswan: 17C
- Luxor, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh: 18C
