The Rafah border crossing in northern Sinai is preparing on Friday, to receive the thirteenth group of wounded and sick Palestinians from Gaza Strip hospitals for treatment in Egyptian hospitals.
An official source in northern Sinai said that ambulances lined up at the Rafah crossing are waiting to receive the wounded Palestinians, while a medical team from the Egyptian Ministry of Health is preparing to conduct medical examinations on the wounded Palestinians before transferring them for treatment in Egyptian hospitals.
The new group includes 50 wounded and sick Palestinians, who will be transferred to hospitals in northern Sinai and other Egyptian governorates.
The source explained that the Rafah crossing received on Thursday the twelfth group, which included 40 wounded and sick Palestinians, in addition to 36 companions.
