A member of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority’s media center Manar Ghanem announced expected that temperatures will drop during the night by five to six degrees across various parts of Egypt.
During a phone interview with “Hadith al-Qahera” (Cairo Talk) show on Sunday, Ghanem added that the expected temperature on Greater Cairo is 21C and will fall to 18C during the weekend and the start of the next week.
Chances of rain are expected to start in the interior regions and will be more likely on Thursday and Friday, she added, possibly extending to Greater Cairo.
Ghanem concluded: “It is necessary to follow the weather bulletins to be certain on weather conditions, temperatures, wind activity and rain during the coming days.”
Expected temperatures on Monday:
- Cairo and Alexandria: 21C
- Hurghada: 25C
- Sharm el-Sheikh: 24C
- Luxor: 25C
- Aswan: 26C
