The US dollar recorded an increase of 15 piasters in both buying and selling rates on Thursday, during mid-day trading at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
Meanwhile, the prices of Arab currencies have also risen against the Egyptian pound at the NBE as follows:
- The dollar price has seen a new increase, reaching LE50.75 for buying and LE50.85 for selling.
- The Kuwaiti dinar price has soared, reaching LE 164.35 for buying and LE165.47 for selling.
- The Saudi riyal price has surged, reaching LE13.48 for buying and LE13.54 for selling.
- The UAE dirham price has risen, reaching LE13.80 for buying and LE13.84 for selling.
- The Qatari riyal price has gone up, reaching LE12.88 for buying and LE13.95 for selling.
