The Israeli army announced on Monday night that it was striking “terrorist” targets in Lebanon, in a renewal of its raids that it launched on areas in southern Lebanon earlier that day.
Sky News Arabia confirmed that the Israeli air force is carrying out raids on towns and areas in southern Lebanon.
Israel’s raids included the area between the towns of Jbaa and Houmin, the Litani River, the Rayhan Heights, and the Jabal Safi area.
Israel launched two airstrikes on the town of Yaroun and the Wadi Burghaz area, and artillery shelling on the outskirts of Shebaa and Rashaya al-Fakhar, in southern Lebanon, earlier on Monday.
The Israeli army is carrying out its attacks after Hezbollah targeted the Israeli Ruwaysat al-Alam site, Israel Hayom added.
