An official source at the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives in a statement on Sunday denied that the House is discussing any draft laws related to imposing fees, taxes or any financial burdens on Egyptians residing abroad, traveling or returning to Egypt.
The source said that what was reported is baseless, and there are no draft laws or proposals related to this matter in the House of Representatives or its specialized committees.
