The romantic-comedy, set to hit theaters soon, follows the story of Sara and Ali and their unique friendship.
The film, written and directed by Heba Youssef, features a talented cast including Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Somaya al-Khashab, and Jihan al-Shimashergi.
In an interview with ETbelArabi, Shalaby described the film as ‘simple, enjoyable, and not heavy,’ expressing her hope for more films that focus on emotions over violence.
This film marks the second cinematic collaboration between Dawoud and Menna Shalaby, following their previous work together in “Al-Maa wal Khodra wal Wagh Al-Hassan”, which was directed by Youssef Chahine.
