The Egyptian women’s synchronized swimming team took ninth place at the Paris 2024 Olympics on Monday evening.
The 33rd edition of the Olympics Games kicked off on July 26, and will end on August 11.
The women’s Egyptian artistic swimming team came in ninth place (the penultimate) in the Technical Routine competitions with 242.7651 points at the ongoing Paris Olympics.
The team secured its qualification for the Olympics after reaching the finals at the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, with a total of 179.03 points.
The Egyptian national team is participating with eight players in the Paris Olympics, as part of the team competition.
The Olympic football team succeeded in qualifying after winning the silver medal in the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
