The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) announced the launch of a new Visa Platinum debit card in US dollars for its customers, in cooperation with Visa.
The CEO of Retail Banking and Branches at the NBE Karim Sous, explained that the launch of the Visa Platinum debit card in US dollars for customers reflects the cooperation between the NBE and Visa.
This product will help, in cooperation with Visa, to meet the services provided to customers outside Egypt regarding financial transactions in foreign currency.
The launch of the new Visa Platinum debit card in US dollars is part of the bank’s strategy to offer new banking products and services aimed at providing a more convenient banking experience that puts the customer first to meet the changing and growing needs and requirements of all customer segments.
He stressed that the Visa Platinum debit card in US dollars offers a variety of exclusive benefits to existing and new customers.
It can be issued for new customers when they open a US dollar account, and is also available to existing customers with US dollar accounts.
The card allows customers to make all financial transactions in foreign currencies outside Egypt, including purchases, international cash withdrawals, electronic payments, and online shopping around the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In addition, the card offers other international benefits.
