President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said on Friday he is pleased with the progress Egypt has achieved in crisis and emergency management.
Sisi made the remarks during his tour of the command control center of the Unified National Network for Emergency and Public Safety.
The President lauded the development witnessed in the network’s central room, noting that it is ready to manage any crisis around the clock.
He added that crisis management rooms in all governorates are connected with the central room tasked with managing the state’s crises.
Egypt is having crisis management teams in all governorates for the first time, Sisi said.
